David Cusimano is a Managing Director at Accel-KKR, a private equity firm dedicated exclusively to pursuing investments in mid-market technology companies. Prior to joining Accel-KKR, David was an associate with GenSpring Family Office, responsible for equity investments to small and middle market companies in a wide variety of industries. Before that, David was an analyst with Wachovia Securities, where he provided advisory services for corporate clients in the technology and technology-enabled services sectors. David and his wife, Stephanie, have three children who attend Holy Spirit Prep: Dominick (Class of 2034), Gabriella (Class of 2030), and Isabella (Class of 2027). They are active parishioners at Holy Spirit Catholic Church. David has coached our Lower School soccer and basketball teams, served as sponsorship chair for the Annual Gala, as the Annual Fund co-chair alongside Stephanie, and is the chair of the Board's Finance Committee. David earned an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, and an undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of Alabama.
